33d Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 33d ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your registration, access, and use of the 33d online gaming platform accessible at 33d.bio. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

33d supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

33d does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals made via supported Bangladesh mobile payment methods. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside 33d's control. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33d platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

  Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or system error to gain an advantage over the platform or other players. Any winnings gained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are not valid and will be reversed.

We offer a range of responsible gaming tools that registered players can access at any time through their account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from the platform may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 33d shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, third-party payment processor outages, or any other technical event outside of 33d's reasonable control.

10. Amendments and Account Termination

33d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after amended Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your account by contacting 33d support and requesting account closure. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided no open bets, pending withdrawals, or outstanding wagering requirements exist on the account.

33d reserves the right to terminate any player account without prior notice in cases of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) provision of false registration information; (d) failure to complete identity verification when requested; or (e) any conduct that 33d reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of termination for cause, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the 33d platform, shall first be submitted to 33d's customer support team in writing, with a clear description of the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought. 33d will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
